Our main concern here at Yosi's is the quality of your flowers. if you are not satisfied with your arrangement, please verbally communicate this to us within 24 hours of the delivery/pick up date. after this, your claim cannot be processed due to the nature of flowers. in order to process your claim, we will return of all product (for quality inspections) in exchanges for new arrangement or store credit.
